SCE Intelligent Commercial Management Holdings Limited is a comprehensive property management service provider managing both commercial and residential properties in China, with a large contracted property management portfolio encompassing 58 cities across 18 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China. As of June 30, 2021, we had 234 contracted commercial and residential projects and 125 commercial and residential projects under management，with an aggregate GFA under management of approximately 18.6 million sq.m. and an aggregate contracted GFA of approximately 41.9 million sq.m.
